From Brezovica Ski Resort, head east on the main road towards the city of Štrpce (approximately 15 minutes). Once you reach Štrpce, continue driving on the M1 highway towards North Macedonia. After about 30 minutes, you'll cross the border into North Macedonia. Continue on the M1 for an additional 25 minutes until you reach the vicinity of Shishevo.
