Walking
Starting from the central square of Jalal-Abad, head east on Abdrakhmanov Street. Continue walking for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Akhunbaev Street. Turn left onto Akhunbaev Street and follow it for approximately 1.5 kilometers. You will pass several local shops and cafes. Keep an eye out for street signs directing you towards Safed-Bulan. After 1.5 kilometers, you will reach a roundabout. Take the second exit onto the road leading to Safed-Bulan. Walk straight for another 2 kilometers until you reach the outskirts of Safed-Bulan. Once in the village, ask locals for directions to Shakh-Fazil', as it is a known landmark. It should be nearby, approximately a 10-minute walk from the village center.

From the central bus station in Jalal-Abad, take a local bus heading towards Safed-Bulan. The buses are frequent, but it's advisable to check the schedule. The journey to Safed-Bulan will take about 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Safed-Bulan bus stop, exit the bus and walk towards the village center. Ask for directions to Shakh-Fazil', which is a prominent site in the area. It should be within walking distance, approximately a 10-15 minute walk from the bus stop.
