If you are driving from Namangan city, head northeast on the M39 highway. Continue for about 30 kilometers until you reach Kosonsoy. Once in Kosonsoy, look for the coordinates 7G3W+HHR. The park is located within the town and is easily accessible from the main road. Parking is usually available near the entrance.

To reach Park Makhdumi A'zam by public transport, start at the central bus station in Namangan. Look for buses or minibuses heading towards Kosonsoy.
