    Car

    From any location in Bokeo Province, you will need to drive towards the border crossing at Huai Xai to enter Thailand. Follow Route 3 south until you reach the border. Once you cross into Thailand, you will be on Route 1. Continue on Route 1 and take the exit towards Route 118 heading east. Follow Route 118 for approximately 60 kilometers until you reach Wiang Kaen District. Look for signs leading you to Phu Chi Fah View, which is located off an unnamed road indicated by the coordinates 19.853143° N, 100.452241° E. Ensure you have your passport and any necessary visa documentation ready for the border crossing.

    Public Transportation

    From Bokeo Province, take a bus to Huai Xai, which is the nearest town near the border with Thailand. Once in Huai Xai, you will need to take a minivan or bus to Chiang Rai. Buses run regularly, and the ride can take around 4-5 hours. From Chiang Rai, take a local bus towards Wiang Kaen District. You can ask the driver to drop you off at the junction leading to Phu Chi Fah View.
