Car
From Pakse, drive south on Route 13, then turn east onto Route 16. Follow Route 16 to Km 38, where you'll see a sign for Tad Fane Waterfall. Turn onto the dirt road and follow it to the parking area near the waterfall. Be aware that the road may be bumpy in some sections. Transportation providers and travel agents in Pakse offer transportation and tours in vans and cars. Parking cost is approximately 10,000 kip.
Public Transportation
Take a minivan or bus from Pakse to Paksong. The journey typically takes about 1 hour and costs around 20,000 to 30,000 LAK (approximately $2 to $3 USD). Once in Paksong, hire a tuk-tuk to the waterfall for around 50,000 LAK (approximately $5 USD) for a round trip.
