From Phakse, take Road 13 north towards Pakse Town. Continue for about 30 km until you reach the junction for Road 16A. Turn left onto Road 16A and drive for another 35 km. Look for signs directing you towards the Hoi Khua Waterfall. The road becomes narrower and less paved as you approach the waterfall. Follow the signs and park in the designated parking area.
