Getting There

  • Bicycle

    From Thakhek city center, head south on Route 12 (also known as the Thakhek Loop). Continue for approximately 30 km until you reach the junction for Route 8. Turn right onto Route 8 and follow the signs towards Xe Bang Fai Cave. After about 10 km, you will see signs directing you to the cave entrance. The ride is scenic and follows the Mekong River for parts of the journey, so take your time and enjoy the views.
