Kaeng Nyui Waterfall is a natural wonder located on the eastern side of Vang Vieng, Laos. The main waterfall is 30 meters high and is reminiscent of Hawai'i. The waterfall is most powerful during the wet season, but it can slow to a trickle during the driest months. The journey to Kaeng Nyui is an experience in itself, involving a walk along the Houay Nyui and Nam Lao streams, passing several cascades and the smaller Kenlon Waterfall. Kenlon has a 5-meter drop into a swimming pool. The path to the main falls is easy to walk and ideal for children. Once at Kaeng Nyui Waterfall, visitors can take a dip in the crystal-clear water at the base or relax in the surrounding natural beauty.
