    If you are driving, start from the center of Vang Vieng. Head south on the main road (Lao-13) for approximately 2 kilometers. Keep an eye out for the signs pointing towards the direction of 'Wat Kang'. The temple is located at the coordinates WCGX+JJ3, which is around 500 meters off the main road. Look for a small dirt path on your right that leads to the temple entrance. Parking is limited, so you may need to park on the side of the road.

  • Tuk-Tuk

    For a more local experience, you can hire a tuk-tuk from anywhere in Vang Vieng. Simply tell the driver you want to go to Wat Kang, and they should know the location. The fare should be around 20,000 to 30,000 LAK (Lao Kip) for a round trip, but make sure to agree on the price before beginning your journey. The tuk-tuk will take you directly to the entrance of the temple.
