If you are starting from the Patuxai Monument, head east on Lane Xang towards Rue Setthathirath. Continue straight for about 600 meters until you reach the intersection with Boulevard Khou Vieng. Turn left onto Boulevard Khou Vieng, and after a short walk of approximately 300 meters, you will see the COPE Visitor Centre on your right.

From your hotel or current location, hail a tuk-tuk and ask the driver to take you to the COPE Visitor Centre on Boulevard Khou Vieng. It is a well-known location, so they should be familiar with it. The ride should take around 10-15 minutes depending on traffic.

If you have rented a bicycle, start by heading towards the Mekong River. From the riverfront, follow the road that runs parallel to the river until you reach the intersection with Rue Setthathirath. Turn left onto Rue Setthathirath and cycle straight until you reach Boulevard Khou Vieng. Turn right, and after cycling for about 300 meters, COPE Visitor Centre will be on your right.
