If you are in the center of Vientiane, start at the Patuxai monument. Head southeast on Lane Xang Avenue towards the Mekong River. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Thadeua Road. Turn right onto Thadeua Road and walk for about 1.5 kilometers. You will see the Lao Disabled Women's Development Centre on your left at 100 Thadeua Road, Hadsayfong District.
