Walking
From the center of Vientiane, start at the Patuxai Monument. Head east on Lane Xang Avenue and continue straight for about 1 kilometer. You will pass by several local shops and cafes. Once you reach the intersection with Setthathirath Road, turn left. Continue walking for another 500 meters until you reach the roundabout at the end of the road. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Khoun Boulom Road. After about 300 meters, turn right onto WM42+X9H. The destination, ໜອງປາສະພານຄຳ, will be on your left.
Tuk-Tuk
If you prefer a tuk-tuk, you can find them near major tourist spots like the Patuxai Monument or the Mekong Riverside. Negotiate the fare before getting in, and tell the driver to take you to WM42+X9H. The journey should take about 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic.
Bicycle
Rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops in Vientiane. Start at the Mekong Riverside and head towards the Patuxai Monument. From there, follow the walking directions mentioned above. Cycling is a pleasant way to explore the city, and the route is mostly flat.
