Walking
If you are starting from the center of Vientiane, head south on Rue Setthathirath towards the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Rue Khun Bu Lom. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Rue That Luang. Turn left onto Rue That Luang, and you will see Pha That Luang on your right after about 500 meters. The walk should take approximately 20-25 minutes.

Tuk-tuk
You can easily find a tuk-tuk in the city center or near hotels. Tell the driver 'Pha That Luang' or show them the address 'That Luang, Xaysettha 10009'. The ride will take about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. Make sure to negotiate the fare before starting your journey, typically around 20,000 to 30,000 LAK.

Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops in the city center. Head south on Rue Setthathirath, then follow the same route as walking by continuing onto Rue Khun Bu Lom. Once you reach Rue That Luang, turn left and ride for about 500 meters. There are bike paths available along the way, making it a pleasant ride that should take about 15 minutes.

Take bus number 14 from the bus station near the Morning Market (Talat Sao). The bus will take you to Pha That Luang. Make sure to ask the driver if the bus stops at Pha That Luang, as some services may vary. The journey may take around 30 minutes depending on traffic. The fare is very cheap, usually around 5,000 LAK.
