There is no entry fee for visiting the tunnel.

From Phonsavan, take a local minivan or bus heading toward Vang Vieng. Ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest point to Phu Kheng Tunnel, which is approximately 20 kilometers from Phonsavan. You may need to walk or hire a motorbike taxi from the drop-off point to reach the tunnel. The local transportation fare should be around 20,000 LAK to 30,000 LAK.
