If you are starting from the center of Phonsavan, head east on Road 7. Walk for about 1 kilometer until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Road 6. Continue walking straight for another 500 meters. You will see the Laos War Memorial on your right, just before you reach the intersection with Road 13.
