If you are starting from the center of Phonsavan, head east on Road 7. Walk for about 1 kilometer until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Road 6. Continue walking straight for another 500 meters. You will see the Laos War Memorial on your right, just before you reach the intersection with Road 13.

From Phonsavan city center, rent a bicycle and head east on Road 7. Cycle for about 1 kilometer until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Road 6. Continue cycling straight for another 500 meters. The Laos War Memorial will be on your right, just before the intersection with Road 13.

Tuk-tuk
You can easily find a tuk-tuk in the center of Phonsavan. Tell the driver to take you to the Laos War Memorial. The driver will likely take you east on Road 7, then onto Road 6. The journey should take about 10 minutes, and they will drop you off right in front of the memorial, which is located just before the intersection with Road 13.
