Driving from Riga to Cape Kolka takes approximately 2 hours and 24 minutes. The distance is around 155 km. Take the P131 highway towards Kolka. Parking is available near the cape, with fees supporting the area's infrastructure. Parking costs around €1.50 per hour. Using the parking lot for overnight stay in your own car costs €10 per night.
