Walking
If you are starting from the Daugavpils city center, head east towards Rīgas iela. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Daugavas iela. Turn right onto Daugavas iela. Continue walking down Daugavas iela for about 10 minutes. Cietokšņa promenāde will be on your left, located at Daugavas iela 38. Look for the park area along the riverbank.
Public Transport - Bus
From the Daugavpils Bus Station, take bus number 6 towards 'Jaunbūve'. Ride for about 5 stops and get off at 'Daugavas iela' stop. Once you exit the bus, walk back a short distance towards the direction the bus came from and look for Cietokšņa promenāde on the left side, at Daugavas iela 38.
Bicycle
If you have rented a bicycle, start from the city center and head towards Rīgas iela. Turn right onto Daugavas iela and cycle straight for approximately 2 kilometers. Cietokšņa promenāde will be located on your left side at Daugavas iela 38. There are bike racks available near the entrance.
