If you are starting from Daugavpils city center, head southeast on Rīgas Street towards 18. novembra iela. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with 18. novembra iela. Turn left onto 18. novembra iela, and you will find Novērošanas klājs at number 1 on your right after about 300 meters.

From Daugavpils Central Bus Station, take bus number 3 or 12 towards the 18. novembra iela stop. The journey will take approximately 10-15 minutes. Once you get off at the 18. novembra iela stop, walk back towards the direction of the bus for about 200 meters. Novērošanas klājs will be on your left at number 1.
