If you are in the center of Jūrmala, start by heading towards Jomas Street, which is the main pedestrian street filled with shops and cafes. Walk along Jomas Street until you reach the intersection with Dzintaru prospekts. Turn left onto Dzintaru prospekts. Continue walking straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the Dzintari Forest Park entrance, which is marked by a sign. Once inside the park, follow the signs to the Observation Tower, which is about a 10-minute walk from the entrance.

If you prefer to cycle, you can rent a bike from one of the many rental shops in Jūrmala. Start at the Jūrmala bike paths along the coastline. Head towards the Dzintari area, following the coastal bike route. Once you reach Dzintaru prospekts, head inland towards the Dzintari Forest Park. The Observation Tower is located within the park, and there are bike paths leading directly to it.
