From the center of Anjar, head east along the main road (Beirut-Damascus Highway). Walk for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach a prominent roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto a smaller road leading towards Ain Kfar Zabad. Continue straight for another 2 kilometers until you see a sign indicating the direction to مغارة عين كفرزبد. Follow this road; it will lead you directly to the cave's entrance.

Start at the main square in Anjar and look for a local minibus heading towards Ain Kfar Zabad. These minibuses depart frequently. Once aboard, inform the driver that you are going to مغارة عين كفرزبد. After approximately 10-15 minutes, the driver will drop you off near the entrance to the cave. From there, it's a short walk to reach the cave entrance.

If you have access to a bicycle, start from the center of Anjar and head east along the main road (Beirut-Damascus Highway). Cycle for about 1.5 kilometers to reach the roundabout.
