If you are starting from Batroun's main square (Sahat al-Batroun), head north towards the coast on the main road. Walk straight until you reach the waterfront promenade. Continue walking along the promenade, enjoying the sea view. After about 10 minutes, you will see the Church of Our Lady of the Sea on your right, right by the water, near the old port area.
