Walking
If you are near the Corniche Beirut, a seaside promenade, simply walk along the promenade heading west. Enjoy the beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea. Continue walking until you reach the Raouche area, where you will see the famous Al Raouche Rocks (also known as Pigeon Rocks) rising from the water. It's about a 20-minute walk from the center of Beirut. No cost is associated with walking.
Public Transport
Beirut has an extensive public transportation system consisting of buses and service taxis. From major transport hubs like Charles Helou Station or Cola, take a bus or service taxi heading towards Raouche. Ask the driver to drop you off near the rocks. Bus fares range from LBP 70,000 to LBP 100,000. Service taxis, which are shared taxis, cost around LBP 2,000 for short trips.
Taxi
Taxis are readily available in Beirut. You can hail a taxi from most locations in the city. Agree on the fare before starting your journey. A short taxi ride to Al Raouche Rocks from downtown Beirut typically costs between $3 to $6. App-based taxi services like Uber and CTaxi are also available.
