If you are driving, start from the center of Jbeil (Byblos). Head north on the main coastal road (Highway 51). Continue for about 15 kilometers. As you approach Sirje, keep an eye out for signs indicating Okaibe Public Beach. Parking may be available nearby, but be prepared for potential parking fees during peak seasons.

To reach Okaibe Public Beach by public transport, first take a service taxi (shared taxi) from Jbeil to Sirje. The service taxis can be found near the Jbeil bus station. The ride should cost around 2,000 to 3,000 LBP per person and takes approximately 20-30 minutes. Once you arrive in Sirje, ask the driver to drop you off near Okaibe Public Beach or look for signs directing you to the beach. It is a short walk from the drop-off point to the beach.
