Getting There

Walking
From the center of Marjayoun, head east towards the main road (Highway 5). You will pass by the Marjayoun Hospital on your right. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the road leading to Rachaya. Turn left at this intersection. Follow this road as it winds through the hills. After approximately 2.5 kilometers, you will see a sign for Rachaya Citadel. Continue for another 1 kilometer until you reach the citadel entrance.

Public Transport
From Marjayoun, walk to the nearest bus station located near the town square. Look for a bus heading to Rachaya. The bus ride takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Rachaya, get off at the main square. From there, head towards the citadel by walking uphill for about 15 minutes. The citadel will be visible from the square.
