Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from the Tyre Souk (the main market area), head west on the main road until you reach the intersection with the coastal road (also known as the Corniche). Turn left at the intersection and continue walking along the coast. After approximately 10-15 minutes, you will see signs for the Ruins of Tyre - Necropolis. The entrance is located near the archaeological site, where you can see the remains of ancient tombs.

    From the Tyre Public Beach, walk east along the beach promenade towards the city center. When you reach the main road, turn left and continue straight. You will pass by several cafes and shops. Keep walking until you see signs for the necropolis pointing to the right. Follow the signs, and you will arrive at the entrance of the Ruins of Tyre - Necropolis within 15-20 minutes.
