Turn onto the gravel road and follow it for about 15 kilometers to the viewpoint. Note that the gravel road may require a vehicle with good clearance.
Public Transportation
From Mokhotlong, take a taxi (kombis) to Thaba-Tseka. The taxi ride takes about 1-2 hours, depending on road conditions. From Thaba-Tseka, hire a local guide or taxi to reach the Mafika Lisiu Pass View Point, as public transport directly to the viewpoint is limited.
