Walking
From the center of Semonkong, the Maletsunyane Information Centre is accessible by foot. Head towards the Maletsunyane Falls viewpoint; the center is located nearby. The walk offers scenic views of the surrounding landscape. Allow approximately 30-45 minutes to walk from Semonkong Lodge.
Driving
From Maseru, take the A2 road south towards Semonkong. Follow the signs to Semonkong. Once in Semonkong, follow local signs to Maletsunyane Falls. The Information Centre is located near the falls viewpoint. Be aware that the road from Maseru to Semonkong includes a gravel section that requires caution, particularly in wet weather. Parking is available near the Information Centre. Entrance fee to the Maletsunyane Falls area is approximately 100 LSL.
Public Transport
From Maseru, take a bus or minibus taxi to Semonkong. These depart from the main transit station in Maseru. The journey takes 3.5-4.5 hours and costs around 126 LSL. Upon arrival in Semonkong, you can hire a local taxi or walk to the Maletsunyane Information Centre, located near the Maletsunyane Falls viewpoint.
