If you are driving from the center of Berea, head southeast on the main road (A2) towards the town of Thaba-Tseka. Continue on A2 for approximately 10 km. Then, take a left onto a smaller road that leads towards Makhaleng River. Follow this road for about 5 km, and you will find signage directing you to the river area. Parking is available near the riverbank.
