Walking
From the center of Teyateyaneng, head southwest towards the main road (A1). Walk along the A1 road until you reach the intersection with the road leading to Mateka. Turn left onto this road and continue walking. As you walk, keep an eye out for local signs pointing towards Kome Caves. After approximately 4 kilometers, you will see a sign for Kome Caves on your right. Follow the dirt path leading up to the caves.

From Teyateyaneng, you can take a local taxi (also known as a 'kombis') heading to Mateka. The taxis usually leave from designated taxi ranks in Teyateyaneng. Inform the driver that you want to go to Kome Caves or that you want to be dropped off at the nearest point to Kome Caves. Once you arrive in Mateka, you may need to walk a short distance or ask locals for further directions to reach the caves.
