    Start at the center of Teyateyaneng, near the main market area. Head south on the main road (M3) towards the direction of Maseru. Continue walking straight for about 2 kilometers until you reach the junction with the R400. At this junction, take a left onto the R400 road. Continue on this road for approximately 3 kilometers. You will see signs for Metolong Dam. Follow the signs, which will lead you to the visitor's center located at MQ8G+66C, Metolong. The walk should take around 45 minutes to an hour, so wear comfortable shoes and carry water.

    If you have access to a bicycle, you can make your way to Metolong Dam visitor's center more quickly. Start in the center of Teyateyaneng and ride south on the main road (M3).
