The route is well-marked, but be prepared for a steady uphill walk.

From Maienfeld railway station, the Heidi Bus (PostBus) operates on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays from late April to mid-October. This bus provides a direct connection to Heididorf. Check the SBB website or local timetables for the most up-to-date schedule and connections. A single fare on the PostBus from Maienfeld to Heididorf costs approximately CHF 3-5. The bus stop is located directly outside the Maienfeld train station.

Driving
If driving, take the A13 motorway and exit at Maienfeld (exit 13). Follow the brown signs for 'Heididorf'. These signs will lead you to the center of Maienfeld, and then onwards towards Heididorf. The Heididorf car park is located near the Hotel Restaurant Heidihof. Parking is free. From the car park, it's a short walk to Heididorf.
