There is limited on-street parking available nearby, but be aware of parking regulations. Expect to pay for parking in designated areas.

For those using public transportation, take a bus from Aukštaitija to Vilnius. You can find buses departing from major towns in Aukštaitija, such as Anykščiai or Utena. Once you arrive at Vilnius Bus Station, exit and look for the nearby trolleybus or tram stops. Take trolleybus number 1 or 3 towards the city center. Get off at the 'Lukiškės' stop, then walk about 15 minutes to Subačiaus g. Following the signs for the Old Town will lead you to the observation deck. Note that bus and trolleybus fares typically cost around 1-2 euros.
