Car
If you're driving, start from Nida, the main town in Curonian Spit National Park. Take the road towards the northern end of the spit. Follow the signs to the ferry terminal at Juodkrantė. Once you reach the ferry terminal, take the ferry across the Curonian Lagoon to Morskoe, Kaliningrad Oblast, Russia. This ferry operates daily, and the cost is approximately €5 per person. After exiting the ferry, continue driving along the main road (П-215) towards Vysota Efa, which is about a 15-minute drive from the ferry terminal.
Public Transportation
To reach Vysota Efa using public transportation, take a bus from Nida to Juodkrantė. Buses run several times a day. Upon arriving in Juodkrantė, transfer to the ferry that takes you to Morskoe. The ferry fare is around €5. Once you reach Morskoe, you will need to take a local taxi or arrange for a ride to get to Vysota Efa, as public transport options may be limited in this area.
