Get off at the Kaunas bus station. From there, you can either take tram number 1 or 2 towards the city center. If you take tram number 1, get off at the 'Vytauto pr.' stop. The Kaunas Cathedral of Annunciation is a short walk from the tram stop. Head southeast on Vytauto pr. towards Maironio g., and you will find the cathedral at Vytauto pr. 38.
