Getting There

Bus
From Klaipėda, head to the main bus station located at Prieplauka 12. Purchase a ticket to Juodkrantė, which is the closest town to the Hill of Witches. Buses run regularly throughout the day, so check the schedule for the next departure. The journey takes about 40 minutes. Disembark at the Juodkrantė bus stop. From the bus stop, walk down L. Rėzos Street (L. Rėzos g.) for approximately 15-20 minutes. The Hill of Witches will be on your left side. Look for the entrance marked with sculptures along the path.

Bike
If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from one of the various rental shops in Klaipėda. Start at the city center and follow the bike paths towards the coast. Head towards Smiltynė and take the ferry from the Old Ferry Terminal (Senasis Vysotskio Terminalas) to Smiltynė (the ferry runs frequently). Once you reach Smiltynė, continue cycling along the coastline towards Juodkrantė. Follow the bike trails, which will lead you directly to L. Rėzos Street. The Hill of Witches is located along this road. The entire trip will take about 1.5 to 2 hours depending on your pace.

Walking
For those feeling adventurous and fit, a walking route is also an option. From the city center of Klaipėda, head towards the ferry terminal at the Old Ferry Terminal (Senasis Vysotskio Terminalas). Take the ferry to Smiltynė (ferry rides are frequent and take about 10 minutes). Once you arrive at Smiltynė, follow the coastal walking path towards Juodkrantė. This scenic route will take you about 2.5 to 3 hours to walk, but you will enjoy beautiful views of the Baltic Sea. Once in Juodkrantė, walk along L. Rėzos Street until you reach the Hill of Witches on your left.
