From downtown Monroe, walk to the nearest bus stop and take the Ouachita Transit bus route that heads towards Hudson Lane. The bus will have stops along major streets. Make sure to inform the driver that you are going to 311 Hudson Lane, as the bus may not directly stop there. Get off at the closest stop and walk to your destination. The restaurant is located on Hudson Lane, just a short walk from the bus stop.
