    From downtown Slidell, walk to the nearest bus stop on Robert Blvd at the intersection with Gause Blvd E. Take the Jefferson Transit bus (Route 18) towards New Orleans. Once you arrive at the New Orleans Bus Terminal, transfer to the RTA bus (Route 5) heading towards the French Quarter. Get off at the stop near Canal St and Rampart St. Walk north on Rampart St for two blocks until you reach 411 N Rampart St, the Our Lady of Guadalupe Church & International Shrine of St. Jude.

  • Train

    Head to the Slidell Amtrak station located at 100 N. Behrman Ave. Board the Amtrak train heading towards New Orleans. Once you arrive at the New Orleans Union Passenger Terminal, exit the station and take a short walk to the nearest RTA bus stop. Catch the RTA bus (Route 5) towards the French Quarter.
