From any point in Slidell, locate the nearest bus stop for the St. Tammany Parish Transit. Take the Route 88 bus towards New Orleans. The bus will take you to the New Orleans area. Once you arrive at the stop on Canal Street, you will be only a short walk from Woldenberg Park. Head towards the river, and you will see the park entrance.

If you are near the Slidell Amtrak station, you can take the Crescent train south towards New Orleans. The train ride will take you directly to the New Orleans Union Passenger Terminal. From there, exit the terminal and walk east towards Canal Street. Turn left on Canal Street and continue walking until you reach Woldenberg Park, which will be on your right along the riverfront.

Bicycle
If you have access to a bicycle, you can ride from Slidell to New Orleans. Start from the Slidell area and follow the scenic route along the Tammany Trace until you reach the lakefront. Once you reach the lake, head south towards the Pontchartrain Causeway and cross into New Orleans. After crossing, follow local bike paths to get to Canal Street. Woldenberg Park will be located at 1 Canal St, just a short ride from the main thoroughfare.
