Car
If you are driving from the city of Fort-Dauphin, head east on Avenue de l’Indépendance towards the junction with Route Nationale 13 (RN13). Follow RN13 south for approximately 57 kilometers until you reach the turnoff for Manambondro. Turn left and continue down this road for about 10 kilometers until you arrive at the coordinates 5GWQ+W5, Manambondro, where Marampasy is located. Ensure you have a reliable map or GPS device as road conditions may vary.
Public Transportation
From Fort-Dauphin, take a local taxi-brousse (shared minibus) heading towards Manambondro. The journey will take about 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on the number of stops the taxi-brousse makes. Once you arrive at the main stop in Manambondro, you may need to hire a local taxi or walk to the coordinates 5GWQ+W5. It's advisable to ask the driver to drop you off as close to Marampasy as possible. The taxi-brousse fare is usually around 3,000 to 5,000 Ariary (approximately $1 to $1.50).
