Continue straight on the RN35, following signs for Efoetsy. After about 30 kilometers, look for signs indicating Malazamanga Cave. You will arrive at XQ93+RR, Efoetsy, where the cave is located. Parking is available nearby.

From Morondava, take a 'taxi-brousse' (shared minibus) heading to Efoetsy. The journey takes around 3-4 hours, depending on stops along the way.
