Car

From the center of Atsinanana, head east on Route Nationale 2 towards Andasibe. Continue on this road for about 50 kilometers. Once you reach the town of Andasibe, take a right turn onto the Piste des Geysers road. Follow the signs for approximately 10 kilometers until you arrive at Geysers d'Andranomandroatra, located at the coordinates 3JFR+94M, Amparaky. Ensure your vehicle is suitable for unpaved roads as parts of the route may be rough.

Public Transportation

To reach Geysers d'Andranomandroatra via public transport, take a taxi-brousse (shared minibus) from the main station in Atsinanana to Andasibe. The fare is typically around 10,000 MGA. Once in Andasibe, you can hire a local taxi to take you to the Geysers, which is about a 10 km drive. The taxi fare should be negotiated beforehand, but expect to pay around 20,000 to 30,000 MGA depending on your negotiation skills and the driver.

Walking

If you are already in Amparaky, you can walk to Geysers d'Andranomandroatra. From the center of Amparaky, head northwest towards Piste des Geysers. It is about a 4 km walk along a dirt path, which may take about 1 hour.
