Car
From the center of Betsiboka, head west towards Mahajanga on Route Nationale 4 (RN4). Continue on RN4 for approximately 30 kilometers. Look for signs indicating the direction to 'Phare de Katsepy.' As you approach Mahajanga, take the exit towards 76M8+HM6. Follow the road signs to the lighthouse, which will be visible as you get closer. Parking is available nearby.
Public Transportation
Start at the main bus terminal in Betsiboka. Look for a 'taxi-brousse' (shared taxi) heading towards Mahajanga. The fare should be around 10,000 Ariary (about $2.50). The journey will take roughly one hour, depending on traffic. Once you arrive at Mahajanga's main bus station, take a local taxi (approximately 5,000 Ariary or $1.25) to 76M8+HM6. Inform the driver you are headed to Phare de Katsepy, and they will know the route.

For the adventurous, consider renting a bicycle in Betsiboka. Cycle west on Route Nationale 4 (RN4) towards Mahajanga, approximately 30 kilometers.
