    From Melaky, you will start your journey by heading southeast on Route Nationale 1 (RN1). This will take you towards the town of Morondava. The drive is approximately 180 km and should take around 3 hours. Once you reach Morondava, continue on RN1 until you reach the fork near the town of Antananarivo, then follow the signs for RN7 towards Fianarantsoa. This part of the journey will take about 8-10 hours depending on traffic and road conditions. Make sure to stop for fuel and refreshments along the way. After arriving in Fianarantsoa, follow the signs to Ranomafana National Park, which is about 60 km south and will take an additional 1.5 hours. Expect to pay a small entrance fee when you arrive at the park.
