    Getting There

    Car

    From Sofia, take Route N1 towards Antananarivo. After approximately 550 km, you will arrive in Antananarivo. From there, continue on Route N2 heading west for around 350 km until you reach Morondava. From Morondava, take Route N35 north for about 90 km until you reach Bekopaka. Finally, from Bekopaka, you will need to hire a 4x4 vehicle or join a local tour group, as the area around Tsingy de Bemaraha requires off-road transportation. The entrance to the reserve is approximately 30 km from Bekopaka.

    Public Transportation

    From Sofia, take a taxi or local bus to the main bus station. Board a bus going to Antananarivo, which will take around 12-14 hours. After arriving in Antananarivo, find a bus heading to Morondava. This trip will take an additional 12 hours. Once in Morondava, you can hire a 4x4 taxi or join an organized tour to Bekopaka. From Bekopaka, you will need to arrange for a local guide or transportation to take you to the entrance of Tsingy de Bemaraha, which is about 30 km away.
