Walking
From the city center of Toamasina, head southeast on Rue de l'Indépendance towards Rue de l'Industrie. Continue straight for about 1 km until you reach the intersection with Rue de la Liberté. Turn left onto Rue de la Liberté and continue walking for about 1.5 km until you see the Parc Ivoloina sign on your right. The entrance is located at W9R5+756. Make sure to stay hydrated and enjoy the local scenery along the way.

Bicycle
Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops near the beach in Toamasina. Start your ride from the beach area and head north along the coast on Boulevard Joffre. Continue straight until you reach Rue de l'Indépendance. Turn left onto Rue de l'Indépendance and ride for about 2 km. Look for the signs directing you to Parc Ivoloina, which will be on your right at W9R5+756. The bike ride will give you a nice view of the city and the coast.

Head to the main taxi-brousse station in Toamasina, located near the city center. Look for a taxi-brousse heading towards the direction of Mananara or any vehicle that indicates it will pass by Parc Ivoloina. It should cost around 2000-3000 ARIARY.
