Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are in the downtown area of Brunswick, head south on Maine Street towards the intersection with Park Row. Cross the intersection and continue straight until you reach the bridge over the Androscoggin River. After crossing the bridge, keep walking straight along Route 1 South (also known as Congress Street) for approximately 25 minutes. You will pass various shops and restaurants on your way. The City Hall in Portland will be on your left at 389 Congress St.

    From the center of Brunswick, head to the nearest bus stop located at the Maine Street and Pleasant Street intersection. Board the Metro bus heading towards Portland. The ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Portland Transportation Center, exit the bus and walk east on Franklin Street for a couple of blocks until you reach Congress Street. Turn left on Congress Street, and you will see the City Hall at 389 Congress St on your left.
