From the center of Kennebunkport, head east towards Maine Street. Follow Maine Street until you reach the intersection with Route 9 (also known as Ocean Avenue). Turn left onto Ocean Avenue and continue walking. After about a mile, you will reach the intersection with Route 1. Cross Route 1 carefully and continue straight onto the pedestrian path that leads into the town of Portland. Stay on this path until you reach the Congress Street intersection. Turn right on Congress Street, and the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception will be on your left at 307 Congress St.

Public Transit
From Kennebunkport, walk to the nearest bus stop for the York County Community Action Corporation (YCCAC) transit service. Board the bus heading to Portland. The bus will take you along Route 1, and you will need to get off at the 'Portland Congress St' stop. Once you disembark, walk east on Congress Street for a few blocks. The Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception will be located at 307 Congress St on your left.

If you prefer biking, rent a bike from a local rental shop in Kennebunkport. Start from the rental shop and head east towards Maine Street. Follow Maine Street, then take a left onto Ocean Avenue. Continue for about a mile until you reach Route 1. Carefully cross Route 1 and continue on the bike path towards Portland. Once you reach Congress Street, turn right, and you will find the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception at 307 Congress St on your left.
