Walking
Start at the Brunswick Train Station located at 16 Station Avenue, Brunswick, ME. Exit the station and head southeast on Station Avenue towards Maine Street. When you reach Maine Street, turn left and walk for about 0.4 miles until you reach the intersection with Pleasant Street. Continue straight onto Pleasant Street which will take you into downtown Brunswick. After about 0.3 miles, you will reach the waterfront area. From there, follow the signs leading to the Casco Bay Ferry Terminal. Once you arrive at the terminal, board the ferry to Portland. The ferry ride takes approximately 30-45 minutes. When you disembark in Portland, walk east on Commercial Street for about 0.6 miles. Turn right onto Fore Street, and after a short walk, you will find the United States Custom House at 312 Fore St, Portland, ME 04101.

From the Brunswick Train Station, take the Downeaster train heading towards Portland. The train ride to Portland will take about 30-45 minutes. Once you arrive at the Portland Transportation Center, exit the station and walk towards the exit on the southwest side. Head east on Franklin Street until you reach the intersection with Commercial Street. Turn right onto Commercial Street and continue for about 0.5 miles. You will then turn right onto Fore Street, and the United States Custom House will be located at 312 Fore St, Portland, ME 04101, just a short walk down the street.
