Continue on US-1 for approximately 7 miles, passing through the town of Biddeford. Keep an eye out for signs for Route 123, and take the exit for Route 123 towards Cape Elizabeth. After about 4 miles, turn left onto Route 136, which will take you towards Bailey Island. Follow Route 136 for about 5 miles until you reach the town of Bailey Island.
