Car
If you're driving, head south on Route 1 from Portland. Continue on Route 1 for approximately 7 miles until you reach the intersection with Shore Road. Turn left onto Shore Road. Fort Williams Park will be on your left after about 1 mile. The entrance is clearly marked, and you can park in the designated parking area.
Public Transportation
To reach Fort Williams Park via public transportation, take the South Portland Bus Line's Route 21 from the South Portland Bus Terminal. Ride the bus until you reach the 'Shore Road at Fort Williams Park' stop. From there, it's a short walk to the park entrance.
